Stuart O'Keefe has returned to Cardiff after a season-long loan at Portsmouth.

League 1 club Pompey have turned down the chance to keep O'Keefe permanently on a free transfer.

Comments have been made by Pompey Manager Kenny Jacket that O'Keefe is injury prone and was unable to have a full good season with them and so has let O'Keefe come back to Cardiff City.

which doesn't seem too bad these days.

His impressive form during the second half of the 2015–16 season saw him handed a new contract during the summer, keeping him at Cardiff until summer 2019.
