New Sunderland owner Stewart Donald says he has agreed terms with a new manager – but it will not be former boss Chris Coleman.
Donald has admitted he has agreed broad terms this morning on a two year contract with a candidate, but refused to reveal the identity of the new man.
“I need to get the manager right and I need to get recruitment right. Ellis Short was an absent owner and it’s created the wrong culture in the club because people weren’t spending their own money,” he told Talksport.
In terms of investors, Donald says he’ll travel to Monaco this weekend to meet a potential friend and investor . “It will be a minority stake,” he admitted.
