Low crowd at Wembley

One big disappointment was the size of the crowd at Wembley.

The 26,218 crowd made it comfortably the lowest third-tier final attendance since the first one was held between Tranmere and Notts County in 1990, when there were 29,252 at the old national stadium.

These poor fans should boycott Wembley from next year. The prices are daylight robbery.

Sad to see no interest in this fixture

The problem is you can fit the whole population of Shrewsbury inside wembley and still have 20,000 empty seats.

These games should be held central from between the two sides who qualified.

It should have been held in Manchester. People are more likely to travel to a game if its a short distance.

Don’t see the big deal really.

Two small sides but their fans wouldn’t have minded, a day out at Wembley is always a good thing

2 very small clubs whose combined best ever league attendances do not add up to the wembley attendance..

not really fair to compare with a club like Coventry who had 34 consecutive top tier seasons and have had a number of 40k crowds..
