House of Fraser info wanted

Just discussing the plight of House of Fraser with the missus, when I said that there used to be one of their shops roughly in the Cowbridge Road East, Wellington Street, St Davids Hospital area. She says not but I'm sure there was one. Can't find anything on line. Can anyone help please ?!

I lived in Wellington street in the sixties and can't remember there being a H of F shop in the area.
