He isn't stupid, Manga has struggled at right back, Jazz can not to relied on to be fit and Peltier is a limited player. My gut is he will try and offload Richards if he can.

Conspiracy theory time. Given our supposed limited budget those positions might be filled by the loan players meaning permanent signings would be cheaper defenders
