He was having a conversation with Jim White about Villa's cash flow crisis. He went on to say that the way to inject cash in to the club would be to get rid of Villa's better players. Mentioning Grealish to Tottenham & Kodjia to Cardiff. The way he mentioned Kodjia sounded as if he knew something, but he may have been just using these as examples to prove his point.

Be very surprised if Warnock has those sort of funds available. I would have thought we are more likely looking at loans and possibly 3 or 4 million at a push if the right player becomes available.

Am i right in saying only two loans from Prem but more if foreign or lower league....Kodja would make sense for a loan fee, with an option to buy....plus Grujic on loan..and Byram or simpson

I assumed it was just two loans , but if it's only two allowed between EPL teams and more from outside the EPL , that would be good.

I think its 4 loans altogether 2 from premiership and including all english leagues plus 2 outside of them!

That is the rule. Two between EPL teams but from anywhere else it’s fine.

Kodjia is not injury prone. He broke a bone in his foot last season and suffered a relapse when he was rushed back too soon because of our lack of strikers.

You are a melt, the guy in the last two years has been injured for nearly a year of it on or off ,so i think hes injury prone

Been reading Warnocks book, “The Gaffer”. A great read by the way. In that book, he speaks highly of Jordan. They’re probably still friends, so could be some truth in what Jordan says.

I hered it aswell mate, think he was just being hypothetical tbh and used us as an example of the type of Club he could appeal to, think we were just in his head as they had mentioned us a few times prior to talking about him?

Villa are in the shit and will have to take what they can get for their players, I wouldn't want him anyway........

Decent player but 15 million? He hardly played last season

I can't see our club buying an injury prone championship striker for 15 million.
