Ninian Loung ST Sales - Anyone Heard?

As you cannot see the sales on the Stadium interactive map I wondered if any ITK's have heard how they are going.

The main bowl still has a bit of availability as does the upper tier where they seem to be selling every other row first. Don't know why.
