Season ticket loyalty

Just had email back from Shelby in shop stating you only get loyalty on purchases from shop only, not online so balls to buying anything else in there in future

Not sure why they call its Loyalty when they wipe your account every year anyway, the complete opposite to loyalty really.

It does seem a little odd that the slate is wiped clean at the end of the season and that on-line purchases don't have the same status as visiting the shop

For some supporters shopping on-line is about convenience and they should be made to feel second class
