Time to Call Time on Grujic?

With City well into pre season and only 3 weeks before the start of the Premier League fixtures is it time to pull the plug on Grujic & look elsewhere?
Yes, it would be a loan signing however if the player/agent is stalling the deal and holding out for a better offer why not look elsewhere. NW is running out of time not only to find a replacement but gelling a player into the squad.

It seems to be dragging on, I think Neil’s got a replacement plus one or two others lined up if he can’t get Grujic. Or maybe not

Neil has said this week that Friday he is will decide whether to move on to another target
