He has the same agent (Jim solbakken) that recommended Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to us and represented Matts Moller Dahli, Eikrem and Jo inge Berg so I wouldn't rule it out. Personally I would rather go for Harry Arter but it seems like Bournemouth could be pricing us out of a move because we are looking to add a striker as well.

It’s being reported that a move for Hull City’s Markus Henriksen could materialse if Cardiff don’t get anywhere with Harry Arter.

Hull City haven’t had any contact over skipper Markus Henriksen, despite national reports linking the midfielder to a Premier League club on deadline day.

The midfielder is reportedly a target for Cardiff City as they bid to strengthen ahead of their return to the top flight.

While Nigel Adkins would hate to lose any player so close to the deadline with little time to land a replacement, Henriksen is probably the last player the head coach would want to see leave the club, especially after awarding him the captain's armband for the new season last week.

The Sun believe a bid of around £6million could be enough to tempt the Tigers to sell, however, it is understood City are yet to receive an approach for the Norwegian international this deadline day.


The Bluebirds have so far been unlucky in their search for a midfielder, missing out on Liverpool’s Marko Grujic, who was on loan with Neil Warnock’s side last season.

But, according to reports, Real Betis midfielder Victor Camarasa is set to have a medical in South Wales this afternoon, while Bournemouth's Harry Arter has also been linked.
