A Denmark Ticket

Mon Aug 13, 2018 3:18 pm

Friend of mine has been called by Cardiff Bay Police investigating the Sale of his ticket for the Denmark game, on Social Media.

He is unable to make it due to work and asked on Facebook if anyone interested.

Luckily I had first choice. But the FAW contacted the Police and subsequently they want to prosecute him, for what, who knows.

Plan B is still to get to the stadium with the Danish section.

It's illegal to re-sell a football ticket without the issuers permission. That's why the faw contacted the police.

So surely then the way round this is to theoretically " give " the ticket away and then accept some sort of payment as a gift , or is the ticket non transferable anyway regardless ??

You're unable to sell or dispose of a ticket in any way.

Unless of course you work for the FAW and then you can give them to anyone you want. Double standards/tossers.

Selling a ticket at a profit is a no no but for face value to your mate, nowt wrong with that at all.

Just don't try to sell it on Facebook or eBay basically
