Bid for Grujic fails

Torino fail in Grujic bid

Torino have failed in a bid to take Marko Grujic on a season-long loan from Liverpool, according to reports.

Goal.com report the Italian club were keen to sign the midfielder, who spent the latter half of last season on loan at Cardiff, on a loan deal with a view to a permanent deal.

It’s looking increasingly likely that the Serbian, who had been a target for Neil Warnock this summer before a deal fell through, will leave Anfield before the end of the month - even if it is only temporarily.

This is not me being sour grapes, but talking about the two midfielders that we brought in, I think are a lot better than Grujic

I agree. Arter is tried and tested at PL level. Just what we need
