Anyone know where and what time City train during the week

My Grandson wants to go and see them.. will we be allowed to watch??

Any genuine advice appreciated

They train at the Vale. I took my son a few years ago and he got to meet loads of the players as they finished training but I'm pretty sure they stopped people going to watch not long after. This was about 2014 so not sure if it has changed since.
