Printing name and number on already bought shirt

Hi. Does anyone know whether the club shop or Queen st JD sports can print name/number on an already-bought shirt?

Had to buy my son’s shirt for his birthday from JD Caerphilly as it was sold out everywhere else - they didn’t have printing facilities.

Yes they do it in the club shop but if for some reason they mess it up they can’t replace the shirt as it wasn’t purchased with them.Or take it to the Queens St department with the receipt.
I know cos I done exactly the same
