Neil Warnock disliked on Twitter (surprise, surprise)

To absolutely nobody’s surprise, recent data released by BetVictor shows that Neil Warnock is the ‘most hated’ manager on Twitter this season.

29% (2027) of 6993 tweets have been negative about Neil Warnock.

He’s fourth on negative tweets (17%) and rock bottom on 11% for sad tweets about Neil Warnock. (Showing no sympathy)

We all know Warnock likes to play the pantomime villain and these figures won’t bother him — nor Cardiff City fans — one iota.

He's loved at our club and that's all he needs to concern himself with!

The irony with Neil Warnock is that he has always been a manager I (like many other City fans) have always had a sometimes grudging respect for guy and he was always a 'good fit' for this club and its supporters

Already a Cardiff City legend and I don't believe that will diminish no matter how this season pans out!

He's actually been very placid so far this season in his after match assessments.
I'm in the Grandstand so I see him monster the 4th official all the time, but he usually ends up almost praising the officials in the Premier League. He has sort of mellowed and picks his fights there days.

Opposition fans are a different matter and some of them probably forget why they dislike him... but as has been said, most would want him at their club.

Well done Neil, but try harder to be even more unpopular please, starting on Saturday at Chelsea.

We've had some great managers in our time, Burrows and May spring to mind, but I can honestly say IMO Warnock supersedes them all.

I "hated" him before he came to us, but as Sven says, there was always a begrudging respect. I just hope that he stays with us for a few years more, maybe not Manager later on, but definitely a post similar to Director of Football.

I don't care how much money Tan has, he cannot buy Warnock's experience.
