GILES: NOT TIME FOR BIG CHANGES
Brentford have replaced Dean Smith with Thomas Frank as their new manager.

Frank worked as assistant head coach to Smith before he left to become the new manager of Aston Villa last week.
The Dane was previously head coach of Brondby in Norway, twice making the Europa League qualifiers, as well as Denmark’s youth teams.
Brentford co-director Phil Giles told the club's official website: “Ras [Ankersen] and I have used Dean’s departure as a chance to pause and review what we need to add to the coaching staff to keep moving forward.
