NO CHELSEA PLANS FOR RAMSEY

Chelsea have no plans to make a January move for Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey, reports the Daily Star.
The Wales international is out of contract at the end of the season after Arsenal’s decision not to hand him a new deal.
Chelsea were believed to be among a host of clubs monitoring the 27-year-old, but, given the recent form of Ross Barkley and Ruben Loftus-Cheek, the perception inside Stamford Bridge is that Ramsey would be an unnecessary signing.
