Is that the cross of St David then ? I mean, I'm pretty sure that'd be without the writing and stuff when St David used it , but the general design. I've got it in my mind that a yellow cross on black is Cornwall actually, but maybe it's the other way round.
Maybe it's only a St David's cross if it's got that writing ?

It's a St David's Cross alright, (yellow cross on a black background). Long been popular with Welsh football fans. It was on our badge in Sam's day.

I think it devalues the poppy having it on any football flag, but on one with the words 'violent young casuals' it's brainless and offensive.
