I went past the new Brentford stadium the other day. It's right by Kew Bridge station.
And although it's taking shape, it won't be open until 2020 season.
It will be nice not to knock your knees on the seats in front!

Impressive engineering.

Another soul-less premier league money pit.

Wonder who came up with the idea of how many stadium designs can we incorporate in one stadium

Very impressive.

Doubt it will have the atmosphere they had at White Hart Lane though.

"guess the ground" used to be popular years ago when 'stadiums' didn't change that frequently and had individuality, and a real connection with history.
Whislt there's no doubting the architectural qualities of the new stadium, I agree with others that these monoliths lack the intimacy that even the biggest grounds had in years gone by...

Are those Sky Boxes at this end?

You can tell it's based on American Football stadia.

Does anyone know the answer to the $64,000 question?

Some talk of leaving it to the start of next season but conflicting (and more reliable) reports state it could be as early as 15th December (2018) and their massive game against FC of Burnley :thumbright:

Thanks for the link. Seems a bit unusual to have two 'home' grounds in one season. Could work for, and against them, I suppose.

Let’s be honest best looking stadium in the uk by miles.

We’d swap the pop up stadium we got for it in a second.

It might be late being built but it looks worth it to me.
