Trouble buying Leicester away tickets online

Anyone else had any trouble buying tickets for Leicester or other away games in the past through the eticketing? Its saying I haven’t got enough privileges to buy a ticket when I’ve done Hudds, Spurs and West Ham away on my season ticket. I know they’re on general sale tomorrow but I wanna do it now whilst i have the time.
