At least McCormack had one brilliant season for us 20 odd goals
Tomlin a total waste of space.

Yeah completely agree, my thought was more about McCormack at Villa and how it seems similar to Tomlin at Cardiff. Its so frustrating that a player with his obvious ability cant keep fit. All the technical ability in the world, what a waste of talent.

I sincerely hope that he goes on to gain new successes with Peterborough and maybe progress beyond that. He's a very good footballer and I regret that somehow that didn't work for this club and that this club didn't work for him.
It was very sad to see his talent not being used and I'm sure all decent Cardiff supporters wish him well and will follow his future achievements with great interest.

I like to think of myself as a decent human being (who just happens to support Cardiff City) and whilst it is a pity things didn’t work out, I couldn’t care what he does regarding “future achievements” as my opinion of the guy is very low.
He’s getting paid 30k a week and doesn’t even have a base level of fitness - never mind match fitness - which I find unacceptable as a professional footballer.
We all have different opinions though and it’s what makes this message board interesting.

Well said,he is a disgrace,he hasn't even been keeping up fitness by the looks of it,well I hope we don't have continual threads of how he is doing he didn't show willing whilst here,so good riddance imho.

he is costing my club the best part of 25k a week , we will pay him over half a million pound to play for Peterborough..
the only reason I want him to do well is so we can maybe sell him or just get him to move and save on wages..
there are loads of kids out there that just dont get the breaks this guy has had and many whose careers have been cut short for reasons other than being a greggs custard slice adict..save your sympathy for them..

That’s the way I see things with this guy as well.
When we signed him I was quite excited as I love to watch skilful players as opposed to workhorses. I love the sneaky passes, nutmegs, etc.
However, when I see this self inflicted moron wasting his talent it pisses me off and the sycophantic posts of this guy comes across as just naive.

same here but was already disappointed in him after game1 in Burton , there were brief glimpses of talent but they were accompanied by lots of fat bloke jogging moments..
the post I replied to he was describing how I feel towards players like Rhys Healy {plagued by injury who always seems to nearly make it but does not due to no fault of his own } and Bryson who we would probably signed had we not gone up. not some half arsed fat slug..
as for sirjimmy, what a mixed up kid. I think what sums him up best was when he started a thread about how irritating he found it when posters didn't grasp the difference between to and too all while not knowing the difference between Jimmy Scoular and Schoular himself. no doubt he will be along with some elaborate 2 page explanation shortly

Comes to something when he can’t spell his name I suppose.
One of those self opinionated sycophants that I usually ignore.
‘Up his own arse’ was a phrase invented for him.

We were talking somewhere here about IQ levels - How much intelligence is needed to realise that you'd change the spelling a bit of a name which you wanted to use because the original version was taken ?
I knew Jimmy Scoular, so I'm certainly not ' a kid'. Who was I sycophantic toward ? No one, it's not my style and I've never done it so you're probably just using six dollar words which you don't understand .
Since I've not long woken up and I'm in a bad mood, I won't wrap this up - listening to some little tosser who can't speak English and has probably never faced any serious challenge call any professional athelete a fat slug is an insult to grown ups everywhere.
The idea of a football forum is to discuss football and sometimes other issues , not to launch personal attacks on other contributors from behind your keyboard, or for that matter call players names which I know you wouldn't call them to their faces. That's the computer equivalent of chucking things on to the pitch and I think Eric Cantona had an effective cure for it.
It's even more pathetic when you get together with your little chums to do it, but just so you know , it doesn't make you look big.
