Mendez-laing was the stand out player for me.
Bennett and Manga also both had good games

Today was Joe Bennett's
Great performance and some game saving moments!

Over all not good by City's players, I just give it Etheridge for his few good saves and a clean sheet

That's was the worst performance this season by far. There wasn't any creativity.this isnt a excuse but the referee was by far the worse person on the field.

He got most of the decisions right apart from the huddersfield penalty shout

Bennett got my vote.

You are having laugh no votes from me, worse than the Gillingham debacle

Neil Etheridge

Didn't catch the match on anything - was Healey promising when he came on? Not seen him play for ages!

Not sure about that he was very inconsistent, camarasa got punch in the stomach nothing awarded, we nearly conceceded in the first half when the linesman award us the throwing only for Huddersfield to take it and nearly score from it. I found that he gave alot of petty fouls rather than really serious fouls. Must just be me but he really frustrated the shit out of me.

Nobody.

Few promising runs but nothing really, but not his fault because it was a bad team performance. I'd give him a start next game if we don't get anyone in before Newcastle

No one! They were all shit

Harry Arter by a mile. Didn’t stop running to the end and tackled/harassed everyone in front of him. Can’t see how Etheridge is winning the poll. Don’t recall him having to make a decent save.
Sat Jan 12, 2019 6:19 pm
Etheridge kicking once again was woeful
Arter MOM for me
Sat Jan 12, 2019 6:19 pm
Arter an easy one for me.
I always stick up for Etheridge with his kicking but today it was truely awful.

Same for me.
How can he be motm when he only had to make 1 save. His communication with the defence was ropey at times and, apart from one decent quick throw his distribution was well below par.

Sadly once again very hard to choose because the overall team performance was sh@@e.
Arter then.

I see Joe Falls must be a member on this forum and voted for himself

How anyone is claiming any player for either side played well today is beyond me it was like watching a Laurel and Hardy football match . All 22 players plus the officals had a shocking game that would be worthy only of a Sunday park football game. Worst prem game in terms of both teams playing shite I can ever remember watching.
Anyway onwards and upwards at least we can’t play that bad against Newcastle next week and gained a point on them and Fulham who along with Huddersfield are already doomed. Just need to finish above one other team

Arter easily, though Bennet was good I thought.

Credit to the Assistant Referee for doing HIS job; seemingly a rarity in such circumstances

His distribution was awful, nobody can deny that.
I’m baffled as to how he’s second in this vote. Having said that, I’ve noticed he tends to win when people don’t know who to vote for. But he literally made one save today.

Etheridges kicking at times is a shocker kicked it straight out of play
if I was a manager that wanted to play possession football I would of taken him off.

I cant believe its taken people this long to realise our keepers distribution is awful. Hes been like it since he got here. Luckily for him his shot stopping (one for the camera) saves mask his failings in other areas
Sun Jan 13, 2019 6:17 pm
If they all tried as hard as Arter we might have won...Arter for me...
