Apparently City are sending a delegation to Nantes to meet friends and family of Emiliano Sala. But apparently Salman is in France separately asking about who provided the transport. Salman has confirmed to Talksport that City did NOT own or provide the plane.
Usually, but not always, the agent makes those sort of arrangements and provide a bill to City to pay.
On a positive note there was a literary on board and there is still hope.
