Would he fit into our squad?

Swansea tried to sell him to Leeds last month before pulling the plug at the late minute, can see him being snapped up by somebody in July/August.

The lad has wicked pace and a keen eye for goal

Hate to say it but he looks a class act I think he might leave at the end of the season for more than the leeds amount

Pace to burn and won the game for them, shame our scouts hadn't identified him prior to his price escalating, we could maybe have nicked him. That would have been satisfyingly. Z Z Z Z.

Not a competitive game though so he could still switch ala Declan Rice. He did look very good tonight. I really like his directness and his pace is unbelievable.

His pace is frightening and he looked unplayable at times, however the number of times he was left 1 on 1, with no cover and acres of space to run into defies belief!!! Time and Time again the Brentford defending was worse than schoolboy!!

Does look very promising though, the Yanks must be wetting themselves another £10 million to line their pockets with in the summer

to be fair to the Jacks a lot of Welsh youngsters in their team, some with a lot of quality.

In a way he is similar to former cardiff player declan john who of course went to Swansea. but the difference between both are that James shows off his greatness on the pitch when with Declan John he hides his talent a bit.
