THE WELSH PLAYERS CARDIFF SHOULD GET IN THE SUMMER

Cardiff City have not had much luck for bringing in welsh talent within the youth system, BUT there are a great handful of young welsh talent out in the Premier League and Championship to pick from. And I am hoping the Bluebirds are keeping an eye on these players in terms of potential buys in the Summer Transfer Window.

In My Opinion I Think That Cardiff City Should Sign:
Harry Wilson
Ben Woodburn
Tom Lawrence
David Brooks
Ethan Ampadu
Daniel James

first of all the only player i would have is harry wilson, david brooks who will sign for a top 4 team in my eyes will never come to us, ben woodburn im sorry is not proven enough, tom lawrence is not good enough, ethan Ampadu would be amazing for us not going to leave Chelsea and Dan James be real he plays for Swansea and they would never sell their best player to there main rivals are they,

Tom Lawrence wasn't good enough for us when we were in the championship. If we stay up it's unlikely he will be better for us in the prem.

Ampadu is great. Maybe as a loan but can't see Chelsea selling him.

I don't care where the players are from as long as they are good and will fight for the team.

Quite right. We're not in the business of promoting the interests of players because of where they were born - we just want the best possible players.
I've always thought it'd be nice if we had more local players, but we can't recruit them on that basis alone.

Three of them would significantly improve our team.

Sadly Brooks, Wilson and Ampadu will also improve their teams also so our chances of buying them are zero. Similar to Ramsey and Vardy.

I'm not sure (on Ledley) to be honest

It may be that he's taking his usual in-season holiday before signing for another club

Still a decent player but wasn't for us last season and certainly isn't for this...!
