Has the Football League decided what’s happening with Leeds yet and if they’re being punished?

Think Bristol City could be a dark horse for automatic as they just keep winning every week. Remind me a bit of Fulham last season where they were pretty much mid table for most of the season then went on a great run in the second half of the season. Im hoping Norwich and Sheffield United get automatic and Leeds fall apart in the play offs
