IMHO Burnley have the toughest remaining fixtures, with only the game against us being against a team below them in the table. Each place gained in the Premier means about another £2m in prize money, so talk of the mid table teams having nothing to play for is nonsense. I don't see Fulham or Huddersfield making up enough points and Crystal Palace and Newcastle both look safe.

we need one club other than the bottom 2 to collapse …
Swansea managed just 3 points from their last 9 last season, any of the 4/5 above us have a run like that and we have a chance.
historically 37 points keeps you up 80% of the time

More than enough this year, I think 35 ish will stay up, a lot of our mini group have to play each other those games will decide it, it's between us, Southampton, Brighton and Burnley, we need a brilliant performance this weekend if we could get out of the bottom three, it would be massive !!!

To catch either Burnley or Brighton we are going to have beat one of them at their place. Do that and we have a fair chance of catching the side we beat. Otherwise we can only realistically catch Southampton.

Agreed, we are still in with a chance, we definitely need to stop conceding silly goals !!!

It doesn’t matter, we won’t get that many points.

out of interest how many points do you think we will get in the final 9 games .

I think between 8 and 11 points, could stay up with either 8 or 11 . or go down with either 8 or 11

I think this post sums it up.
