The buzz is firmly in my office atm, got a County lad finishing up shortly to race down to Colchester and a few of us are having a few jars after work before venturing down to the field of dreams to watch the almighty City smash the Hammers, well that's the plan.

It is what it is, and we can’t do anything about it. Why midfield is so important. If we play two holding, Arter and Gunnar (please instruct Gunnar to pass no more than two yards..) And Camarasa in front, I’m happy.

Two games away from winning a grand slam ..proud to be welsh and feeling very upbeat ...and Cardiff will win and Southampton will lose ..Great day ahead
