I watched the game, shocked Ireland struggled to win the game.

Good game actually although was disappointed with ROI thought they would have shown more to be honest.

9 of the starting line up are either playing for the side I work for or have previous played for us. The manager is our ex manager and his attention to detail in preparing for games is second to none. He lives breaths and sleeps Football so no surprise there has been an upturn in the national side since he was appointed.

Gib had an excellent chance at nil nil and had they have scored that I genuinely don’t think ROI had it in them to win the game.

Mick McCarthy has a lot or work to do.
