Nottingham - As it never felt a safe city...

Dublin is roughr than f**k if you step over the line and go into some of the estates.

Murders including pub shootings where there are no witnesses and when the victims are "known to the police" (i,e involved in crime themselves) they aren't investigated.
Heroin has been rife since the early 80s so we are in the second generation of heroin use and it's acceptance.
Stray horses are common
The Garda are the laziest police force in the world and unless they actually catch you in the act hardly ever nick you. If they do catch you bang to rights they will act as judge and jury and give you a few digs and let you off if it suits them.
Pikey halting sites seeem to be all over the city.
But saying all that if you mind ya own business and behave no-one seems to bothers you.

I wont even mention Limerick

I lived in Newport for the best part of ten years and have to agree its a total shithole. Unfortunately my two sons still live there, so I have to go there every week to pick them up.

I live near Newport (Pontypool) walk through pill on a friday night fells like the slums of India,

Nothing wrong with Wattstown, Its a quiet little place most of the time, Tylorstown is a dive though its full of smackheads

West Bromwich is a massive shit hole, I agree. I also think Rotherham is pretty bad. I want to say Newport but that place saved my Christmas shopping so I owe it to say good things about it! I can't though!
