They will definitely stay up now. They could probably lose 15 points and stay up.

Sheffield United and Burnley will go down.

Luton doing better than expected, so Forest and Brentford will be worried.

Forest could have a points deduction of their own soon.

Three teams down straight back up, the three up straight back down, the gulf is growing!

The only way that won't happen is if Southampton mess up the playoffs, but two definitely up and three definitely down.

The sad things is we could have gone straight back up but we wasted our parachute payments.

Anyone else think they have reduced the points deducted so that they can enforce a lesser penalty on Man City?

Nothing to do with that.

Man City’s case will be heard soon, they’ve already been charged but their charges are different to Everton’s.

Plus this appeal was by an independent commission, not the Premier League.

There’s a delay because Man City’s hugely expensive lawyers are making things as difficult as possible.

If found guilty, they will face a huge points deduction at the very least.

Sad but true, we wasted two good opportunities!

That's the way a see it - Not sure what is going to happen to Forest as they might put in an appeal which would take them to -
24th May the week after the season concludes .

And we did that twice - we never learned that to stay beyond that first season in the Premiership that you need to have a Premiership mentality to investing in Premiership quality players. That is why Tan will never make us a substantive Premiership Club.
