Do they have a rivalry with RCD Mallorca?

I am sure Annis will correct me on this but i think Mallorca are their main rivals and, a few years back, they were both in the 3rd tier together.

Unfortunately whereas Mallorca have progressed to La Liga, and are playing against Barca and R.Madrid, Baleares are going in the opposite direction

Yes they hate Real Mallorca beyond beyond , even I do lol

But since Real Mallorca returned to La Liga they are not bothered about Atletico Baleares.
