Your last paragraph is key.

He has been in the UK less than a year and is learning all the time.

I think it's clear too that there are a lot more people in the "give him a new contract" than the "Bulut out" crew.

His tactics were right yesterday, which is even more of an achievement really considering his first team was mostly unavailable.

Those who are saying that we should have been three or 4 down etc, they don't mention the chances we had - they just use it for their own agenda.
