freshen things up? i cant see dave jones going 4-3-3 mind. doesnt often change things. but when he did change from 442 last season it was against reading at home in the league when we drew 2-2. iv never seen us start a game so fast and really attack a team like that game (ok we were awful second half).

I would love to see us play a 4-3-3 but the diamond formation is an interesting alternative although I'd swap Ledley with Whittingham.
