DJ is just saying he wont get new players until the debt it sorted. Yahoo have assumed that this means after the deadline.

Agreed its not a definate but I have highlighted some of the words that dont fill me with confidence in your quote.

DJ came up with his idea.
Risdale marketed the offer.
Saying all the extra revenue from the sale of season tickets
Would go to DJ for players.
Risdale must have known the club couldn’t pay the tax bill.
But went ahead with the offer anyhow.

The BBC article on the same subject had a quote saying Ridsdale hopes it will be sorted by the end of the month. Great timing

Read that article earlier and its a bit misleading.

Ridsdale recently said players won't be coming in until the tax issue is resolved as he doesn't want to add to the club's liabilities. Well that works out nice because there is an embargo until we clear it up any way.

However, that article basically says the same thing. DJ doesn't expect players until the tax issue is resolved. Hopefully that will be in 10 days, but there again it might be 10 months.

If players are brought in on loan it is highly unlikely the total cost will be £3m. In that case there is nothing to stop Ridsdale using the surplus to pay off debts. That's not being duped just common sense surly?
