Being jewish i think it will be difficult for him do the ayatollah its against his beliefs

Against his beliefs? Errm, no.... I'm fairly certain there would be nothing in the Talmud preventing you head slapping.
Plus if he was ultra-orthodox, he wouldn't be playing on Saturdays...
