You saw what a good manager should do off Warnock today after his side battle to get their noses in front he takes off a forward and replaces him with a another CB. Then in the last minute he uses his last sub to help break the game up and use up time.
Last week despite having 2 defenders on the bench our manager decided not to use the subs and we conceded an injury time goal.
That's the difference between a good manager and a great manager and at this level Warnock is a great manager.

I don't know about great manager, but he's the best in this league.
