I can only think he meant to say "Palace". Also, apparently he wasn't able to sign for any other club other than Palace because David Moyes brought him on with only 16 mins to go against Liverpool meaning that he has played for Everton and Palace this season so he couldnt sign for any other club! Good luck James, shame you didn't come here in the end but atleast it puts that rumour to bed!

Celtic is under Scotland FA, not English

Ramsey was classed as an emergancy loan to Forest so that dont count.

Lets hope Vaughan does us a favour and scores the winner against Norwich on the weekend

He could not go to Celtic on loan as his Palace loan counts when crossing to Scotland, but he could have signed on loan for us.

His Palace loan was exactly 93 days so was an emergency and not standard loan.

ramsey is on a one month emergency loan to us he has played for forest under a normal loan
