Did the manager play his part in the drama as well? Like DJ, Rodgers will be relieved to have his team now able to focus on the bigger project. Suspect that he and his team's bonus packages reflect that economic reality as well!

If our players are up for it as much as they always are then we'll get a positive result. Problem is in the past three seasons our players have rarely put in to the game what their players have.

I truly believe we have enough talent to blow them away but do we have the will/attitude?
