I know Barrie pretty well from my time working with the club and I don't think he works like that. If he says No, I believe him

I've yet to read any twitter posting by him that's ever been remotely critical or contrary to the views of CCFC in any way shape or form...
And again, he doesn't say no. He says no, AS FAR AS HE KNOWS. If Jenkins, Jones were worknig on a deal, I doubt they'd inform him first.
