last season we had kennedy, who was an atrocious left back. DJ managed to replace him by the only player who was worse than him.

Kennedy had no pace BUT made up for it with positioning and tactical sense.
Not saying he was great, but passable.
Naylor is utter gash.

I fear that combination could cost us promotion.
Dont like critisising but fear the worst
No way Naylor should play as majority of goals conceeded have come down left and others teams are targetting him.
DJ must act now. Super kev to left back and Keinan at CB.
Personally would have Matthews at RB but taht wont happen. The boy must be gutted watching quinn and naylor every week.
We lost to Blcakpool due to our defending and we still havent improved it ????????????????
At least Kennddy used his head and experience to stop fast wingers like routledge, naylor just falls over.
Poor team selection last night and first display showed 11 individauls and no team /pattern.
I would drop whitts too.
We look our best with burke and bellers out wide and Jay /chops up front.
We cant accomodate players at this stage its about having a team, working hard , fighting for each other and playing to a system.
We can do it as long as DJ realises he cant protect his favourite players who are not performing.
