Ridsdale
Whitley
and I think Harris.

Not sure about Borley, dont think he is now either.

Hall was, but resigned when the sh1t was hitting the fan and PMG were covering their position last time.

Don't think Guy has been for years.

Ridsdale (Chairman)
Flitcroft (Group Finance Director)
Harris
Borley
Whiteley (Company Secretary and Solicitor)

How many of them are Ridsdales pals, or at least brought in by him?

Harris is a non exec I think isn't he? Not sure what difference that makes though

It's interesting. The board was initially Ridsdale, Borley, Whiteley and Hall.

Hall had to step down because of the Langston affair (conflict of interests), so that left a three-man board. Ridsdale has since brought in Flitcroft and Harris, presumably with the blessing of the other directors and major shareholders. However, that has put him in a more comfortable position.

Dave this was the point I was aiming at, has PR surrounded himself with a board who are friendly with him

Forgot about Flitcroft.

Seeing Dave's list below I didnt realise Borley was on it. I thought he'd pulled out of the board a while ago.

The problem is he has done so with the other board members/major shareholders blessing.

So it is likely that an AGM wont be called.

TLG. You did an article a couple of weeks back which had abit about each of the board on it. I've just found it now, I'll leave it up to you whether to link it to this as its your article (about backing/not backing Ridsdale) but I think it may be relevent to this thread.

AGREE with you Tim.

I enjoy reading TLG'S blogs and it could be good to have it linked to the site on relevant threads

Good Blog Dave and yes it is that one Tim is on about because of the chapter about the boardroom situation and answer my question as to who is on the board.
