It's a bad one this year. I had it about 4 weeks ago and I'm still feeling exhausted and have sore sinuses now! You have my sympathies.

Get some paracetamols down your neck and some warm squash, works a treat. Just don't have a lemsip while youre taking paracetamol haha...
