Interesting news, even though these fans were taken to Newcastle railway station after being told their train was going to Sunderland..and there are loads of stories of wrong doing by the police, many of the Sunderland fans are now pleading guilty to affray after a deal was struck to keep them out of jail....first they tried to get them for conspiracy, then violent disorder now its affray...many are discusted that they have had to do this because they want justice and the police are getting away with murder...some are refusing to plead guilty though and this case continues some 18 months after the incident

Every one of them are season ticket holders and have been banned since this incident and before trial....those found guilty have been warned that 4 years in jail is on the cards.

You can't compare the Sunderland incident to what happened in Chelsea but some of the sentencing and threads in the website above are familiar to us.

This is what happened in the summer of 2009
