Whatever happened to the Fit And Proper Persons Test ? How on earth anyone thinks it's OK to hand over a sports stadium that cost over £550m to a couple of guys whose claim to fame is starting Knickerbox and Ann Summers and of course just about every porno newspaper / magazine you can name.

I bet the two of them will be running a brothel in the stadium within a year of taking over, just to make sure it's used 24/7
