What was the 1st group you ever seen live

Hate to say this, but mine was the bay city rollers,i was dragged along, i was only 11in 1974 they were in the capitol in Cardiff, long time ago

The Marmalade in the Capitol in 1969 or 1970. Supported by Gene Pitney & Joe Cocker.

Last one was Kasabian in CIA.

The first bands I ever saw were in Grassroots in the Charles St carnival, can remeber the Rayzers, Riotous Brothers and Young Marble Giants ( who I had to go home before they came on ).

The first major band was The Jam in 1979 on the Setting Sons tour - I didn't think they were that good to be honest.
