from my experience, and what i saw people wearing in there, including flip flops and shorts in the summer, they do not allow cardiff city shirts in there, i think they are a bit more lenient with kids, but not adults. i went to level 4 before, and trainers/smart jeans are ok i think, but if its level 3 for the meal its smart casual.

there is a dress code.
