we have a superb team/squad (individually) its jones and his staffs job to work hard in the week and get them gelling.
its also jones job to motivate his team to perform for 90mins.
its jones' job to set out his team and make they play the way he wants them to (tactics) doesnt always work, not always DJ's fault.
this isnt a dig at DJ but at the end of the day hes paid a shit load of money to make the decisions, pick a team, use the correct tactics for that game, and motivate his squad, his staff AND MOTIVATE HIMSELF.

are you and anNis the same person i am begining to think so same rubbish about best squad jones out on current form only bellers would get in a league 11 team

Dave Jones asked for certain players. He got them.

Dave Jones said we have no excuses, and that we need to be aiming for automatic promotion.

Anyone can see that the league is not that strong - if it was then QPR and Forest would have much bigger leads.

The only conclusion that can be drawn is that DAVE JONES is underacheiving significantly with the squad at the moment, in terms of league position. The players are there (he has said so himself), can only be a lack of proper man management/tactics on the managers behalf.

we dont work as a team. weve got an awesome squad on paper but too many individuals who dont work well together and thats only down to jones not creating the team feeling and managing it properly.
