how do you insert/highlight one or two words in a paragraph so that when you click on it it opens to give more info. i,m thinking more in a word doc.

Highlight the text you want, right click, and choose add hyperlink. There'll be some tabbed icons to your left, one of them referring to linking to a web page or another document. Just choose the location

It's like Dafydd said above, you can either choose one of your files, or choose a web page or something. (I'm no expert though! )
