RAMSEY--------------

Wed Mar 02, 2011 12:17 pm

He wasn't included in the gunners reserve game yesterday v WHU, hopefully good news for us. Apparently he has a meeting with Wenger today, lets hope Aaron puts a good case to him and come back home and guide us to the promised land :ayatollah:

Fingers crossed he dont get a surprise call into the squad tonight, cant see it without them giving him a run out in reserves first though but thats me just being too optimistic.

Just remembered he cant play against Orient anyway, league ruling.

You guys give me the impression that you are very concerned that if Ramsey doesn't come back, you could end up doing a 'Forest' and start to lose games against average opposition.

He would give us a much needed lift at this stage of the season! Come On Ramsey!! Come Home!

I think we were resigned to losing Ramsey but that would just mean things were going to be a little tougher (don't forget we have been 2nd for most of the season without him). The unexpected prospect of him staying though could give a whole new impetus and instead of being relatively content with promotion via the play-offs there would be a very real prospect of cementing one of the top two places :ayatollah:

perhaps :? he intends to start him against barcalona and he never played reserve football due to the fact he's undergoing intense training this week with the first team for CL selection

Thats not the case, but he is as important to us as Routledge is to you, you could still win without him, but would prefer the comfort of knowing he is there !!!

It's where something that was typed wasn't what was intended, short for typographical error.

They probably put Kevin by mistake instead of Callum.

Funnily enough, I don't overly rate Routledge and if he was recalled to Newcastle it wouldn't worry me in the slightest, especially if Tommy Smith was the replacement, who for me is a far better footballer. Thankfully, although you guys can boast the best forward line in the league, where we are especially strong is with our midfield, with Routledge, Buzsaky (now fit again), Ephraim, Faurlin, Smith, Derry, Taraabt, Cook and Vaggen Moen.
